Anterior interbody fusion has been advocated by various authors for management of cervical disc protrusion, OPLL, Cervical spondylosis, fracture and dislocation of cervical spine. This report is retrospective study of fourth patients who treated
with
anterior interbody fusion.. Between february-1, 1991 and December-31, 1991, 4 patients were underwent anterior fusion with modified wedge shaped bone graft and followed up for 6 months after surgery.
